Work Visa (H1B, H1C, H2B, H-3, and L)
H and L Visas allow individuals to temporarily work in the U.S. after a petition submitted by the employer-to- be in the United States and is approved by the USCIS.
- H1B Visas are intended for Specialty Occupations and are issued to college-educated professionals such as scientists and programmers. With a H1B Visa, an individual can work for a maximum of six years in the United States.
- H1C Visa is intended for Registered Nurses
- H2B for Non Agricultural Workers
- H-3 for Trainees.
- L Visa is for Intra-Company Transferees who are executives or managers of foreign-based companies or who are essential specialized-knowledge employees.
